Every part of the folding frame is modeled and load-tested in simulation — so the table holds when it counts.
What you’re watching
A finite-element model of the folding frame.
The simulation pushes down on the table and colors every part of the frame by how hard it’s working — blue is relaxed, red is at the metal’s yield point. The design load is a 200 lb client plus 100 lb of practitioner thrust: the kind of force an HVLA adjustment or a traction setup puts through a table.
At 900 lb on the table — three times that design load — the most-stressed part of the frame is still at 78% of yield.
- 300 lbDesign load (200 lb client + 100 lb thrust)
- 900 lbSimulated load — 3× the design load
- 78%Peak stress at 900 lb, as a share of yield
- 16%Peak stress at 170 lb — a typical adult

Simulation results. Physical load testing of the production prototype will be published here when complete.
